Nourish Yourself

As far as nourishment goes, "all things in moderation" is not good enough.  You must carefully consider what you eat and drink, forcing yourself to more deeply understand the chemistry of your body.

You may also come to accept that much of what the medical profession and other so-called experts tell you is unsubstantiated - shining examples being The Great Cholesterol Con and systematic poisoning of large populations with aluminum fluoride.
